When going through the Account Setup Wizard you may have come across the error below when linking your Office 365 Email address. This is likely because you have two-factor authentication enabled for your Office 365 account.

## **Create an App Password for Office 365**

 

1. Sign in to the Additional security verification page and then select "App Passwords"

2. Select "Create" and type in the name "FunnelFLARE" or something similar of your choosing. Then select "Next"

3. Copy the password from the "Your app password" page and then select close.

4. Make sure your FunnelFLARE app password is listed on the "App passwords" page.

5. Paste the password in the "Password" field when connecting your email and hit "Test"
